WINTER SHIPPING UPDATE (JANUARY - MARCH)
Our physical store is taking a short break from January to March. During this time, we'll be dispatching orders once a week. Thanks for your understanding!
Please give your items 10 working days to arrive. If you're in a hurry or have special delivery needs, drop us an email at email@example.com, and we'll do our best to help you.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
We aim to wrap and package all orders within 2 to 4 business days after receiving your order confirmation.
Typically parcels are taken to the Post Office on Mondays and Thursdays.
Please note that during holiday periods our order processing times may increase due to a high volume of orders. We encourage you to place your orders well in advance to avoid disappointment.
SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES (WITHIN THE UK)
We use Royal Mail to ship small and medium parcels. Larger parcels will be sent via Parcelforce.
Shipping charges include postage and packaging and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
All prices stated are for 48-hour postage, however due to our island location delivery can sometimes take 2-3 days longer to arrive than estimated. If you need an item sooner, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
All artworks will be carefully packaged and insured against loss or damage.
You will receive a notification when your order has shipped which will include tracking information.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Calgary Gallery. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready.
In-store pick up is available during normal Gallery opening days and hours.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer international shipping currently.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
