'A Sense of Place' - Glazed Stoneware Sculptural Bud Vase

Stoneware sculptural bud vase with digital transfer of a tree at Langamull on the North West coast of Mull. On the reverse is a small circular transfer of tree bark.

Alison's 'Sense of Place' collection is inspired by the stonewalls and landscape of North West Mull.

With her glazes, she recreates the textures and patina of stone, including the moss and lichen that grows so abundantly. She then applies digital prints of photos she takes whilst walking on Mull.
