'A Sense of Place' - Glazed Stoneware Large Sculptural Vase

Large sculptural stoneware vase with a digital transfer of a tree ring at Langamull on the North West coast of Mull. 

Alison's 'Sense of Place' collection is inspired by the stonewalls and surrounding landscape of Mull.

With her glazes, she recreates the textures and patina of stone, including the moss and lichen that grows so abundantly. She then applies digital prints of photos she takes whilst walking on Mull.
